How to prepare for the QHHT® session
In the days before your session, please write a list of questions you want to address during the hypnosis (10-20 questions recommended).
We will spend 1 to 2 hours prior to the session to ensure that I have a full understanding of the intent of your questions prior to the hypnosis. Our goal is to have all of your life purpose, emotional happiness, and physical health questions answered in a single session.
Please wear very comfortable clothes. You will be lying on a bed, in a quiet, cool, private room. Please eat only a light snack before the session.
Do not drink coffee or energy drinks 3-4 hours before the session - as stimulant drinks can affect the relaxation process. You can drink plenty of water and stay hydrated before the session. Please take only medication or herbal supplements that you regularly consume. Do not take any sleeping aids or mind-altering substances.
Have a good night sleep on the night before the session. Hypnosis is not sleep, but if you are very tired and sleepy, you can just fall asleep during the session...
Come with an OPEN MIND! You never know what will happen during a QHHT session , what kind of past life or previous existence you will experience, how deep you will be able to go into the Spirit World, whom will you meet there and what kind of advice and healing you will get.
