How to prepare for your online session
I will ask you a few questions about yourself before I agree to have an online session (age, language, occupation, health problems, etc.).
You will send me your your list of questions (10 to 20). The days of the session, we will have about 45 minutes for the pre-talk in which we will discuss together the points you want to explore during your session.
Please do not to drink coffee or energy drinks 3-4 hours before the session: as stimulating drinks can influence the relaxation process. You can only take herbal medications or supplements that you consume on a regular basis. Don't take sleeping pills or mind-altering substances.
FULL PRIVACY is required for the session - no other people in the room and no cellphone. Please also don't keep your pet in the room during the session!
You will need:
1. A laptop or tablet with a webcam plugged-in during the session (please avoid smartphone). I have to see you on the webcam to see your facial expressions, to know how much you are in trance and what your emotional state is.
2. High Speed Internet connection. I don't work over phone connection, only via Internet. I need to see you on the camera because I have to see your facial expressions, to know how much you are in a trance and what your emotional state is.
3. Headphones or earphones with microphone.
I do not work with people who suffer from mental illness or severe emotional or personality disorders, or people who are in severe pain or who take narcotic pain relievers. If you take any other medication, we will discuss them by email.
